Ideal Way To Talk About Problems

All too often we find ourselves arguing with our partner... and the question is why?

Are we in love with our partners or are we in anger?

Love isn't about arguing, it's about accepting, embracing and letting our partner be free. As a result, the ideal way to talk to your partner about problems is not to attack the problem, but to understand the problem.

Love isn't about sympathy, it's about empathy.

We cannot understand our partner's problems if we are always talking. The only way to understand our partner is to listen without judgement. It's impossible for us to judge anyone but ourselves so don't judge your partner.

Learn to ask open ended questions to draw out the problems of your partner.

Learn that love isn't about attacking. So when your partner surrenders himself and becomes defenseless, don't attack him. Your partner trusts you and you can show just how much you love your partner by not attacking him.

As your partner begins to talk about the problems without being attacked by you, then you and your partner will begin to experience a level of peace like you have never experienced before.

The peace is created from the stillness... the peace is being created by the listening and more importantly, the embracement of peace.

Love isn't crazy, but your crazy if you create conflict rather than peace. So learn not to be crazy when discussing problems.
