Love Isn't External

Love may appear to come from an external source such as your partner, but in fact, love comes from within.

When love is external though, then love will be short lived and will cause you problems.

External love is like motivation.

Motivation comes from an outside source. Those that go to motivational seminars need to keep going to the seminars because motivation is from an outside source. As a result, the motivation is only temporary and a weak form of knowledge. This is why many people are dependent on motivational speakers.

Internal love is like inspiration.

Inspiration comes from within. When the power comes from within, then it is life changing as you become the knowledge you know. You are knowledge itself.

Motivation is from outside in.
Inspiration is from inside out.

Stop and think about that for a moment and you will see that a motivational speaker forces knowledge on you... the knowledge is coming from outside in and forces you to be a certain way, yet it is only temporary.

The sunset though is inspiring and has a lasting effect on you that never leaves. The sunset has the ability to work from inside out... the stillness you experience while watching the sunset comes from deep within you and oozes out of your body so much that you simply cannot help but be peace.

The feeling of the peace that the sunset inspired you to be never leaves you. The peace you experienced never leaves you because the knowledge that sunset inspired you to be is yours!

The sunset never forced the joy of watching the sunset on you. Instead, the sunset had the ability to help you discover the peace within you.

Love isn't given to you by another, yet another can help you discover the love within just as the sunset helped you discover the peace within.
