Next take a big open grin and tense everything once again, then relax. Now squeeze the eyes together and hold for 5 seconds, relax. Do this and all the above a few times every morning and night. To round out this series of facial revitalizing exercises, take the heel of your palms and press them gently over closed eyes and put slight pressure there until you see in the blackness, a light. This called "palming" and will invigorate the optic nerve and help give you clear and healthy eyes. This whole series only takes but three minutes of your time, morning and night. Your skin will be tight and you will help combat wrinkling. |
