How To Tell Someone You Love Them

If you want to tell someone that you love them, how do you tell them?

Should you have flowers when you tell them?

What about chocolates?

Should you take them out for a romantic dinner and tell after dinner while watching the sunset?

Honestly, when or where you tell them isn't what I want to focus on.

Instead, what I want to focus on is something that most people overlook. When you tell a person you love them, you should tell them without expectations.

If you try to determine how to tell a person you love them while you are thinking how they will respond or how to get them to respond the way you want, then you don't have love.

To tell someone you love them, just do it with no strings as attached and no expectations of what their response should be.

Tell them you love them without tricking them or manipulating them into saying they love you too. Simply tell them you love them. Accept wholeheartedly their response because if you truly love them, any truthful answer they give you is an answer of love. How can you be upset with an answer of love, regardless of whether it is a yes or no answer?

People are scared of telling someone that they love them because people focus on how the other person is going to react. Focus on the doing, not the results.
